Rocky River City Ordinance 701 requires residences and business owners with alarm systems to reimburse the City for excessive false security alarms.

Billing for false alarms are contracted by the City of Rocky River to CitySupport. Businesses and residents may receive correspondence from CitySupport on behalf of the City of Rocky River for matters pertaining to false alarms.
